- 5 tbsp Rose syrup/sharbat(I used Rooh Afza brand)
- 1 tsp Rose water
- 2 cups/500 ml heavy whipping cream,cold
- 8 tbsp confectioners sugar/powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tsp rose water/gulab arq
